Local elections decided in high-turnout voting



Election turnouts were high all over the country, but voters in Knox County were well above the national average, which was said to be the highest voter turnout since the 1960 election.

CHS theatre crew prepares play for competitions



Crofton High School's drama department will present its competition one-act play for local audiences on Saturday, Nov. 20 at 7:30 pm in the Crofton Community elementary school gym.

Warriors fall in second round of C1 playoffs



Perhaps the one thing the Crofton Warriors didn’t want to get into with the Columbus Lakeview Vikings was a shootout, but that’s what they found themselves in Wednesday night, Nov. 3 in the second round of the C1 football playoffs. And when the dust had settled, the Vikings were still standing, victors, 40-34.

Crofton FFA students earns highest nation honor



Megan Renee Sage received the American FFA Degree at the 77th National FFA Convention in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday, October 30.
