04/27/2007: "St. Rose Centennial June 21 & 22, 2008"

Tentative events planned for Saturday are parade and Brothers of the Brush competition along with various exhibits. On Sunday the archbishop will be celebrating a mass at 10:30 AM. A catered lunch will follow along with a short program.

We asking for family histories and pictures for the centennial book that we will be printing. We are also including a "Remember When" section in the book so would like stories submitted for that also. Information can be emailed to Evelyn Hennnings at hennings(at)bloomnet.com or mailed to her at 88375 551 Ave, Bloomfield, NE 68718. We'd like the info submitted by July 1, 2007.

We are currently selling cookbooks and Christmas tree ornaments which are available at People's Grocery or Farmers & Merchants State Bank in Crofton.
